Christmas seems right around the corner, but you have still some time to get your love ones a pretty nice gift this year. I am showing you today my already approved gifts for your mom, your siblings, your dad, your boyfriend and even your best friend. I always loved to gift pieces, that you can use quite everyday through your daily routine. It´s like every time you use this piece, you remind yourself of the person and the special moment you got it.
So let´s start with the best thing, jewelry: I really like these feminine and minimalistic pieces by Skagen. As I mentioned in one of my previous post, I love the rosé gold color, the filigree style and prefer to stack the watch with each bracelet.
Even beauty products are a great gift idea like the renewal oil by La Mer which you can use for your skincare or replace with your daily highlighter. Speaking of a highlighter, my favorite one is „Soft & Gentle“ by Mac Cosmetics. I am using this and Blot Powder in „Deep Dark“ quite everyday to contour my face. One of my all time wishes are make up brushes, I am always to stingy to get them myself, therefore my family got me most of them.
Now one thing I am obsessed with: the Baobab candle „Platinum“! The scent is very light, reminds me of a Spa visit and stays in your room for a long time. I always love the scent as it reminds me of being home. Sometimes I am carrying a small candle when I am going to be away from home for some days.
My grandma always reminds me of the good old 4711 Original Eau de Cologne perfume, therefore I was very surprised to find out about the new fragrances of 4711 Acqua Colonia so called „Red Apple & Chili“ and „Plum & Honey“ (limited edition), this is one thing I´ll gift my family this year and I am excited to see their reaction. But in addition, I hope they´re not reading this article though!
And now let´s talk about things you can gift yourself or your best friend – especially when you´re or they´re a frequent traveler. First of all, the passport holder of Louis Vuitton. A classic piece for everybody who travels a lot, as you passport looks really damaged after a certain time. Comfy shoes are very important while traveling, sightseeing or running errands. I got my hands on these Adidas Sneaker style NMD and already owe 3 pairs. My last gifting idea is a fancy strap for your bag, this trend already started this year and is going to be huge in 2017. These colorful straps with Swarovski crystals are by Aigner. Just add straps to your bag and you´ll feel as you just got a new bag.
Now it´s getting difficult: what to get your boyfriend, dad or brother? I am in a relationship since 5 years and I already gifted everything you can get your boyfriend. Here I am showing you his favorites things, he is using quite everyday (not the whiskey though, but Macallan is his favorite!).
Of course we have the same passport holder by Louis Vuitton. The year after I got him the credit card holder, too. Speaking of perfume, I really love the fragrance „Wall Street“ by Bond No. 9. Not long ago I found the matching candle to the perfume- I think that´s a great gift idea! He´s using this since we met and I really love this one!
As I really love the NMD sneaker by Adidas, I got my boyfriend and one of my brothers the black version, too. They´re perfect for your sport activities because of their weight and the comfy sole. As we are traveling a lot, we got us the Leica M camera and acutally started the blog with this babe. One thing he is always carrying around are the sunglasses by Thom Browne. My latest gift are the cuff links by Hermès, a classic pair which never gets out of style and is a great statement for you dinner wardrobe.
